Care For Kids Volunteer
Care for Kids Volunteer Program
Reeds Spring School District
The Silver Dollar City Foundation and the Reeds Spring School District have partnered in an innovative program to help students and involve the community. The Care for Kids Volunteer Program links positive role models with students who need encouragement and help in their academic and social lives.
A trusting adult who serves as a mentor truly makes an impact on a child’s life. By serving as a lunch buddy to an individual child or as a book buddy to a child or to a classroom, a special relationship is formed that supports students in their school work and in their friendships.
